Provides lump sum cash benefits for injuries caused by accidents or sickness. Pays a daily hospital benefit for accidents or sickness if chosen. Coverage available for disability income for spouse, and employee. We offer a Guaranteed To Issue, as well as Simplified Issue. Various plans are available.

CANCER INSURANCE

Pays benefits in addition to any major medical plan a client may have. This program provides cash incentives for 14 cancer screening test. In addition to paying daily hospital income it pays a lump sum for initial diagnosis, and transportation benefits. Various carrier plans are available, some guaranteed issue Cancer Coverage!

CRITICAL ILLNESS COVERAGE

Plans available up to a lump sum of $100,000. In case of heart attack, stroke, major organ transplant, end stage renal failure, coronary artery bypass surgery. This is referred to as "Living Benefit Insurance".

DENTAL

Coverage is open for employee, spouse and children. Provides immediate coverage for preventive procedures, extractions, fillings, oral surgery and root canals.

DISABILITY INSURANCE

Provides monthly benefits to replace a portion of income, due to being unable to work. Options are available for Short Term Group Voluntary, Short Term Disability, as well as Long Term, and Group Voluntary Long Term Disability coverages. We offer a Guaranteed Issue, Guaranteed To Issue, as well as Simplified Issue. A wide variety of carrier plans are available.

With as few as three lives, Access Benefit Consultants offers the ability to facilitate enrollment, assist in the enrollment and provide support to agents and their clients to facilitate the best options for a successful enrollment of these products. This may be accomplished via traditional enrollment methods, electronic enrollment or state of the art procedures that best fit the client's needs. This coverage is dependent upon carrier's specifications!

LIFE INSURANCE

Plans are available for Group Voluntary and Individual Voluntary plans. Plans help provide financial security, with premiums and coverage amounts to meet clients specific needs. Options are available for Term, Group Voluntary Term and Universal Life Coverages. We offer a Guaranteed Issue, as well as Guaranteed To Issue. Voluntary plans are guaranteed renewable!

MINI MEDICAL PLANS

This plan provides options for the employee and their family that may not be eligible for a "normal" health plan, or for employee's that desire to reduce their cost, or who work less than 40 hours per week. Various plans are available.

VISION PLANS

A wide variety of plans are available for employee's and their families. This coverage provides for glasses, contacts, surgery, etc.

A "Gap Filler" and effective design for higher deductibles and co-pays of health plans. The carriers we utilize have plans that can be customized to fit the clients/agents needs. the rates are fixed and NOT SUBJECT TO RE-RATING as are other plans!
